Synchronization from MyDrive to GO 5100

TT MyDrive Connect sometimes fails to synchronize new destinations to my device (Go 5100). Strangesly enough synchronisation of new routes always works fine.
What can be the reason, and how can I solve this problem?

    Do you send only on destination or Stops and destination?
    MyDrive can only send 19Stops and destination. If you have more (or waypoints) then it doesnt work.
