Good evening, i have make an update my tom tom xl N14644 but after the update the tom tom show me

problem with the map

is not possible use this map on this device : ITALIA-665

any one can help me?

    Lets see if @VikramK can possibly activate the map for you on Monday. Many XL models are no longer supported by Tomtom.

    Map reactivated.
    Just remove the existing map first and download a fresh version offered as a download in TomTom HOME

    i also find myself with the same problem after i have updated the device
    you cannot use this map on the device: Italia-100168

    Welcome to the community! The map has been reactivated for your TomTom, please remove the existing map first and download a fresh version using TomTom HOME.

    Hello vikram, Thanks for your help
    i followed what you told me, i cleared the map by going to manage xl and then i went to update xl. it just doesn't find me anything, it always gives me "loading in progress" but it doesn't go on
