No voice guidance during navigation

I have tried a number of the voices Karen tells me when I should arrive and when I do but nothing in between makes it difficult when driving alone to only have the screen and no voice prompts. Have rebooted the machine a number of times and turned off Bluetooth to see if that made a difference. Very disappointed this was the first time we had used it.

Hi @LynElliston
When you Tap Menu could you check whether the Instructions icon to the left of the Volume bar has a line through it. If it has then Tap the icon to activate the direction instructions.
