Deleted voices

I deleted the voices by accident to allow space for updates, now I have no voices on my Sat Nav, how do I restore the original voices. I have tried a factory reset to no avail. Please help, Thanks

Tim and Jane are there which are recorded voices . Lets see if @VikramK or @lampard can add Serena and Malcolm the computerised voices for you. It will be Monday now before they are back on the forum.

Great all working again, thanks, I take it if I want to update the maps I will have to add a memory card? Thanks for your help.
