How to do update with Chromebook?

Is there a way to do an update using chromebook or via an android phone? I have not been able to use my Via 1525M for months because I have not been able to do this update.

    VIA 1525 updates using MyDrive Connect, which is only supported on Windows and Mac operating systems.

    Is Tomtom planning to release MY Drive Connect for Chromebooks, so I can manage and update my Tomtom device on my Chromebook?

    If so, when is it planned to be developed and released
