How to activate John Cleese voice on VIA 52?

Hi all,

I used to have the John Cleese voice on my old Tom Tom. I just purchased the VIA 52 and re-purchased the John Cleese voice, but I don't know how to download and install it.

    Welcome to the community! If you do a soft reset and connect the device again does the voice appear as a download in MyDrive Connect?
