Tom Tom map problem or Sygic map displaying problem?

Hi guys,
here it is 2 images, first one obviously from Tom Tom Mapshare where I have requested different changes and Sygic map (February Update) where now appeared changes, as I said, I have requested.
I dont'understand why I see roads in water, it's a Tom Tom map problem or Sygic map displaying problem?

Location is Capo d'Orlando San Gregorio Port, but I have other expamples where I request modifies for different ports and I have this type of displaying problem with Sygic
