It depends on what is broken with it. If it is the glass, the band or the battery, they are not covered under warranty. TT Sports went out of business over 3 years ago ad never offered a repair service, they just replaced them with refurbished models for the most part. Assuming you are under warranty (it is 1 year in many countries and will vary based on what country you purchased it in) you need to contact Support ad start a ticket. To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches and chat is only available during business hours in India).5

Have you tried a factory rest or a recovery reset:
1. Place your watch in the dock before you connect the dock to the computer.
2. On your watch, move DOWN but keep the button pressed. If the USB port on your computer is not easily accessible, connect the dock to the computer without the watch. Then move down from the clock screen while you slide the watch into the dock.
3. Connect the dock to the computer. Keep pressing the button until your watch shows tomtom.com/reset.
4. Release the button and wait for Sports Connect to show Update.
5. Click Update in Sports Connect.

That is telling you that you need to do a full factory reset.. To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to TomTom Sports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.0 -
I have done twice factory reset and still vibrating0 -
Try letting the battery completely drain out and then plug it back into the computer. It may juts be a defective unit as others have had the same problem and there was never a solution. If you are under warranty this should be covered, so reach out to Support.1
