How do I download a computer voice for voice control I can only find recorded ones ?

Hi I have just got a new vehicle with a Go5000 and since down deleting maps and some voices and down loading latest Europe UK and Ireland Buildings map v1060.10571 the voice control no longer works and get the message "Voice control cannot be used with your display language" I cannot find where to down load the required English UK computer voice can you please help
