My watch shut down and I lost my tracking. Can I manually add it?

Unfortunately, there is no way to upload activities not created by the watch and no way to manually add an activity. However, you can start a new activity, immediately stop and save it and then upload it. You can then go into TomTom Sports and edit the activity with the correct distance, time, etc.. The date and time of the activity will not be correct, but it will get added into your lifetime totals and other stats.
Your best bet is to try a factory reset which will refresh the firmware in case it is a software issue. Contacting Customer Support is pretty useless as all they can do is tell you to try a factory reset. The watches are obsolete and out of warranty since TT Sports went out of business over 3 years ago,5

Thank you. It happened again today. Dont think it likes the coldish weather anymore so going to get a new watch!0

Thank you tfarabaugh. I was aware about editing. The watch had gone into shutdown mode and did so for a second time so lost 2 activities. I have done a factory reset but also have ordered a new Garmin watch as i was getting fed up with my runner.0
