Since an update last year, my tom tom is struggling with regard to live service. there is no connection to live service anymore. all possibilities already tried which can be found on the www serial number starts with TS. anyone a solution?

    Have been in contact with TT support, they indicate that nothing can be done because the SIM card has not been used for 3 years. the device can still be provided with map updates.
