My GPRS does not work from internal sim

Hi my Go premium X model no ZTxxxxxxxxxx79(0) will not connect to my drive via it's internal sim. It will connect via my mobile phone or wifi at home but obviously should connect to the 2G network through its internal sim.
I have done a hard reset and soft reset but the problem remains.

    To be honest, think it would struggle to connect on a 2G platform?

    Here in the UK all of my various Tomtom Live NAV3 NAV4 & NAV5 (Wi-Fi) devices with a Built-in GPRS SIM....
    All work perfectly connecting to Live Traffic without a hitch :)

    All sorted now thanks to the team. FYI, live services uses the 2g platform in the UK. Now all working fine .
