Lifetime Speed Camera on Rider 550

Hi, I bought the Rider 550 World in April of last year, when I bought this it said it came with lifetime maps and speed camera. However, the Speed camera has stopped working and the website asks me to pay for a subscription! How do I get my 'lifetime' speed camera working again? Best, Will

    Welcome to the community! The subscription for speed cameras looks okay.
    Just do a factory reset and test the RIDER on a planned route

    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device

    Also, consider backing up your saved places and route using MyDrive, See user guide
