My Tomtom Go 620 regularly stops driving. it then restarts every time, constantly one after the other. One time from a sleep position and the other time with a drum roll.
Very annoying to get to your seat. And it doesn't matter whether you put it on the car charger or not. He keeps dropping out. Someone a solution?

Basically same problem, mostly on start up ready to drive the 620 usually self reboots after the reboot seems to work OK till I drive the next day. Customer No service always tells me to factory rest the device, which doesn't fix it. There is always a software issue with tom tom, I am very frustrated.. any idea anyone.?? Thanks!!0

I had a problem that my Go Premium continually freezes then restarts over and over. I found that if i turn the My Drive syncing OFF on the device then it sorts out the problem. But it means I cannot connect to the My Drive app on my phone!!0
