GPRS disconnected on GO 6200

hi I have a 6200 and my GPRS says disconnected also my traffic will only activate on wifi or my hot? Can anyone give me advice

    Could you try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the video below-

    Also wanted to know if you are located in Switzerland?

    still disconnected and my traffic will work but only using my phone data.
    I'm in the north of England
    I've spoken to Tom Tom they have done something but it is still the same.

    Have you tried a Factory Reset.

    Tap menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
    Tap Reset Device.

    Before you do the above go to the Tomtom My Drive website, Log into your account and check that all your Data, ie Home, Work, any loaded 3rd Party POI files and all routes saved on the unit, other than those created on the unit, are saved in your account. After the Reset the Data currently will have been deleted for the unit and you will need to set it up as you first did out of the box. Once this is done then when the unit logs into `My Drive the Data will be restored to the device.

    Regarding any Routes created and saved on the unit these will need to be exported into your My Drive account.
