No maps available on Start 62

Lifetime map disappearred on MyDrive Connect in MyContent and tomtom after unsuccessfull try to install full map, no possibility to install map, please help.

    I have the same problem as RenatoJSM. I have lifetime maps on the device Start 62 (EU3xxxxxxx138).
