My device has become unusable because of the constant rebooting. I've had to go back to using my phone which I'm not happy about after spending around £300 only 18 months ago on this.
I have done the following in an attempt to resolve the issue myself...
1. Installed all the available updates.
2. Soft reset.
3. Hard reset.

I followed the video and reinstalled the device software. Then did all the updates as requested.
Unfortunately there is no improvement. The constant resetting renders the device unusable.
Do you have any other suggestions?

A recovery mode is something I would have suggested as well.
At this point, I would advise reporting the problem to our customer service team.
Tap Support at the top of this page
Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

Do you have a map on the internal memory and if so if you have an Extra memory card installed remove it and see if that resolves it.

Maybe @VikramK can review your units logs on the TT servers and then advise.
