I've been trying to update my start 20 now for 2 days and I'm continually getting this message....
Our servers are very busy right now
Please enable detailed logs and then retry. Or Exit MyDrive Connect and try again later.
You can help us to identify the problem by uploading the latest logs file of MyDrive Connect after enabling the logs.
I keep uploading the lastest logs and sending through as suggested.

Its getting very tiresome now, please help me

    Hi... I'm trying to follow your instructions.... can't find Home 3 folder and have deleted the whole Mydrive connect folder... is that correct please?

    Would it be easier to uninstall the app rom my laptop and then reinstall or carry on with your tips?

    Me again.... I reinstalled what i'd deleted!!! as i'd missed reading fully the first part of your instructions.... which was simply to log back in after the restart. YAHOOOOOOOOOOO it worked. Thank you thank you thank you so very very much. You are an absolute STAR.

    I'm on a Mac trying to update my Go 50 TomTom.

    I'm getting the "Our servers a busy" message when trying to update.

    I have tried deleting the HOME3 and MyDrive Connect and restarting the application and I'm still getting the same error.

    It keeps going through the same cycle. The TomTom shuts down and reboots, then conects the and same message appears.

    Nothing that's been suggested works.

    I'm getting very frustrated.

    Did you log out of mydrive connect before rebooting? It worked for me 👍

    Sorry i cant help you further im a novice too . There's super users on here th as t are very helpful. Goodluck.
