Mapshare Community Map update

The Map Share Community map update will not load onto my device. The update just freezes. The only way to get the other updates to load is do deselect it.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Maybe obvious question but have you checked your device memory status and do you have additional SD card installed. There might be a free memory issue? I recently updated my own navigator and device memory was almost full e.g. no room for map share community update. If there's no memory issue then I have no idea what's going on. You might want to reset your device and re-install everything... there's always possibility of corrupted file(s). :o

    I have an Sd card in. I'll try a reset

    Reset is. Still will not update Community share file. Lets you tick it, Update button goes green, lets you click the update button. nothing happens. If there are other updates, they will not load until the Community Share file is unticked
