Hi, Have a Tom Tom Go 5200 purchased 2016. Went to use it other day having had stored for a while. Battery symbol showing empty came up in middle of the screen. Unit is completely dead and will not recharge. Have tried using different USB cables and charging with approved Tom Tom mains adapter and laptop USB port but unit remains dead. How/where do I get battery replaced?

Type GO5200 battery in YouTube and watch the videos showing how to change a battery. If you feel confident enough to do it yourself, at your own risk, then the batteries and small tool kits are available from Ebay and Amazon etc.
There are businesses that will do it for you if you don't fancy it. Google for them.
