No route possible on GO Navigation app

The app has worked very well on my old Samsung mobile. Now suddenly a whole area of England is not recognised so no navigation is possible to/from this area in Lancashire. No post code, town, nothing is recognised. Any ideas?

Have you downloaded all the Maps for the UK?
