TomTom Start 52 - No Maps to update (Lifetime Maps)

Hi There,

Have a TomTom Start 52 with Lifetime Maps owned from new and decided to update it and register it to my pc, all installed no problem, however when i go to update the maps (currently 2018 maps) it says no maps available and time to replace my device!

Any ideas? Have had a quick google and reset tomtom and also uninstalled tomtom My Connect and still no joy?
