  I must change the email subscribed that I used to access the tom-tom home application ( i have a carminat live incar build RENAUL SCENIC ) . How can I change it to the new one to keep updating the browser and my map ?

  either you can just open a new account with tomtom using the new email address or use this link to update the email on your existing account https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/account/details.html#profile
  on the device just do a factory reset and after that you can use the new email address to login.
