Live traffic was working until a week ago. Cannot get to to work again

Tomtom Go Supreme Traffic that was previously working now doesn't work. I have paired to my phone with the Tomtom ap, and on the tomtom I can see phone numbers from my phone. In the tomtom ap on my phone there is a page that says 'generic not paired' and below that is connected features. under that it says Tomtom traffic Expiration date unavailable. Under safety camera updates it also says Expiration date unavailable. if i press the phone symbol on my Tomtom, it immediately connects to my phone and through the phone speaker it reads a warning about using the device whilst the car is in motion. Is there a phone number that I can call to sort out this issue? Having traffic warnings is the reason I bought this device

    Welcome to the site....
    Have you tried a Soft/Drum roll restart on the device ??? This restarts the devices Operating System afresh

    RESETTING YOUR NAVIGATION DEVICE
    https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013957499-Resetting-your-navigation-device
    Charge the device for at least 2Hrs….
    (Preferably using something like a Smartphone Charger using the Tomtom USB lead)
    OR have the device plugged into a power supply while the device is restarting
    Press and hold the on/off button until you hear a drum-roll sound then release the on/off button.
    You won’t lose anything; it’s just like rebooting your PC
    I use a Soft/drum-roll start after any upgrade large or small.
    It’s also useful to keep in mind for sorting out most minor niggles....

    Thank you for the suggestion to reboot, it worked a treat. I am now getting traffic alerts
