software update for Carminat

How do I get the software update for Carminat so it receives GPS satellites again?

If I click on the" software fix only" button on this page:

https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/in-dash-navigation/wnro-carminat/

it takes me back to the forum.
Either the page no longer exists or the link is incorrect - help please.

    The updates should be available as a download in TomTom HOME?
    A fix for the WNRO was rolled out before April 2019.

    There's no evidence of the software fix in Tom Tom HOME. I am not even sure that is the right fix, anyway, as the device has been working perfectly until a few weeks ago which is over a year and a half after the date rollover. Should I go to the Renault dealer to see if they can fix the problem, since there doesn't seem to be the correct info on the Tom Tom website?
