Go premium failing to connect to traffic

Hi my go premium has stopped connecting to traffic services when on road - soft reset failed to resolve issue
How do I regain services?

    Hi @PW28

    Try a Factory Reset. Before doing the reset go to the My Drive Webpage and log into your account and check that all your My Places etc are stored there. After the Factory Reset they should then be restored to the unit when it logs into your account.

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
    Tap Reset Device.

    In the meantime hopefully @VikramK or @lampard can check your units settings on the TT servers and change if necessary. Look back here to see what they have to say.
