GO 6200 - Speed Cam Updated - Europe

Hello all,
i recently bought a Go 6200 to replace my ageing XL and when I go into my account I see an offer for Speed Cam Updated - Europe for .99 for 6 months. I thought this was free under the lifetime of the product. Does that mean I have to get an extra subscription for speed cam update?

    Welcome to the community! For the device serial number ending- 649, the speed cameras updates are for lifetime. You don't have to order a different subscription.

    I have a GO 5200, and this morning entering my account I saw this: I see an offer for Speed Cam ... Why?
    I have a Lifetime Speed Cam service.
    GO 5200 serial number (... I00944)

    You have a valid lifetime subscription(speed cameras) on your GO 5200.
    Could you share a screenshot of the offer message. I will this reported to my team.

    I have a similar problem. In my account it says; "Speed cam updated - europe Not Activated. ACTIVATE in red. Special offer 3 months for only £0.99" Ser No last digits - 1843.

    On checking my GO5200; Sounds & Warnings Speed cameras & hazards is ON.

    Does that mean my satnav does have speed cam enabled or not? Should I have activated speed cam? I am confused. (which is very easy to do, I am afraid)

    There is an active subscription for lifetime speed cameras on your GO 5200 TomTom. Just ignore the marketing ad.

    I have not had more news about the Speed Cameras subscription on my GO 5200, it is always active as in the previous photo!

    I and some other users missing Speedcamera updates too.
    What does your device show when you tab on menu/Settings/System/Info and there tap on Camera-Updates?

    since last week no updates arrive, now I don't see anything! No update.

    It should say "Activated"

    Ok thats good. Then you have the same Problem as some users (and i self) in the German part of this forum. I think we only can wait for updates.
    Maybe the fault lies at TomTom
