"Report not accepted"

in Map quality
Reported 3 separate issues on map share about weight and height restrictions on roads my tomtom 620 pro tried to route me down and now looking at map share the status reads not accepted!! Why is this .... what's the point in reporting if it's not taken into account and maps updated ???

    The team has suggested selecting the option 'Routing' under Others and then specifying the details of the vehicle restrictions (including the weight and height)

    Hi Peter

    Which option did you select when reporting the correction on the MapShare website?
    As per our team, all the three reports where rejected due to insufficient information.

    Hi mate I put all the issues under "other" but then couldnt see a selection for weight restriction only tunnel and bridge. Thanks

    but how is selecting this option going to have more evidence? either they don't even understand the issue, or they ignore it.
