MyDrive fails during update

When attempting to update MyDrive Connect I get error "FILE SYSTEM ERROR(-1073740791)" I tried the update 3 times with the same result. I tried using the TomTom website robot for assistance, but this was not helpful.

just try a proper reinstall. You can use revo uninstaller which serves the purpose0

I uninstalled MyDrive Connect and now I can install the updated version......but now my user ID and password are not accepted, perfect! I will try again tomorrow.0
