Loyalty Discount of 30% options?

I have an upgrade option with a 30% discount but I don't see any option to select the latest Rider Nav Devices.

    Yes. Finally got support and I have been offered a 30% discount on a Rider 550. It's valid for a further 28 days so I'll seriously consider it in Wk.1_2021.
