Start 52- Device freezing and cannot plan a route

Sat nav freezes and doesn’t allow you to program a route. Factory reset already performed. Please help!

    Hi @Pauldvsa

    Welcome to the community!
    I would recommend a recovery mode. The process will remove the existing software and replace it with a fresh version.
