`logging on to account

I am trying to log onto and DL TomTom.com/home, I get as far as inputting my password in but it will not accept my (correct)!! password and the Green box bottom left is only faint, is there a problem with the site?.

    Could you try clearing the browser cookies and stored login data and after that try logging in again?

    Re... The Green box bottom left is only faint (Inactive)
    I find if you Click somewhere else within the small open login window....
    The Green button becomes Active....
