Can't find streetnumbers

After years of use of TOMTOM's - so regardless the models - they still fail to find my housenumber of a street which is over a 100 years old. In fact, all uneven numbers and numbers above 28 in the street are not accepted.

Previously I wrote Tomtom about this, which remained either unanswered or I (I shit you not) could buy a new one with which the problem would supposedly resolve...

Seeing there seems to be no way anymore to contact Tomtom directly, I decided to drop it here.

Is there anyone out there who can finally help me resolve this issue?

Btw, downloaded the latest update today, to no avail.

    Yes, 'support' leads to another page, but after that I automatically get bounced back to this site. Honestly, this company...

    I managed to find a workaround to get in contact:
    While it's trying to redirect to the commnunity website I forced it to stop.

    When finally I thought to have contact with someone it turned out to be a bot.

    :o The bot turned out to be a human. It's the autotranslator that gives you the feel you're having contact with a bot.

    Problem still exists unfortunately. I'm hoping Tomtom will finally resolve this after 10 years.
