Connecting to traffic information unstable, a cross through the traffic service during navigation

I have network status connected to network via phone hotspot. So basic setting are ok.
But every other time I use the tomtom the Traffic service is not available. First thought is was the device. So update all, did a complete factory reset. But this unstable behaviour still exist.
Is this because Tom Tom traffic service is just unreliable?
Any suggestions?

    Welcome to the community! I would suggest that you report this to our customer service.
    Including information like-
    * Mobile network you use?
    * Last location where the services worked
    * Phone model
    * Software and version(Eg- Android/iOS)

    You could also try the following

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.
