Lifetime maps on GO 5000

I have a lifetime update and have now updated my map 3 times since March 2020.
But still the maximum speeds in the Netherlands have not been adjusted !!
How long will that take?

    Welcome to the community! The present map active on your TomTom is Western_Europe : v1030 which is not the latest.

    Could you check if you have more than one map installed on the device?

    I have only one map, indeed Western Europe v10.30. (8GB storage on system).
    A couple of days ago I updated my system but MyDrive Connect didn 't say anything about a map update.

    Hi @PeterCornelis

    I have asked my team to make some changes in the backend. Please connect the device to MyDrive Connect and let the jobs process. The device might reboot during this process.

    Once done, disconnect the device and perform a soft reset.

    Now connect the device again and check for updates in MyDrive Connect. The latest map version 10.60 should be offered as a download.

      :) It's all right now. After the update I got the message that the max speed in NL was adapted to the new rules. Thank you!
