HI, I cant update my GO50 using Mydrive Connect it has worked for years until now I have reinstalled MyDrive Connect and done a Soft reset on the GO 50 while connected and it still says one or more items were" not updated".
I would suggest that you try deleting the HOME3 folder located at-
C:\Users\'Username'\AppData\Local\TomTom\
and start with a fresh download.
Or else it would be advised that you try downloading updates on a wired internet connection and configuring the security software and firewall to allow downloads in MyDrive Connect.

The device is being updated via usb with computer connected to lan.
MyDrive see's the updates and downloads them onto HD but fails to update the device.
