Lifetime Maps on a VIA 1530 - was to be USA/Canada/Mexico maps, why does mine only have USA?

My device was to have lifetime maps for USA/Canada/Mexico maps. The only one on it is USA. Why are Mexico and Canada maps on it?

    The question is why are Mexico and Canada maps NOT on it?

    I reviewed the device information in the background and it has come with the USA map only.
    If the device was originally sold with USA- Canada- Mexico maps then please get in touch with our customer service as they might need some additional information before making changes.
