How can I get the voice instruction back?

I used to hear pre-installed standard voice instructions before: arrival time, early route instructions

After I install NAVCORE, there is no voice instruction

I have installed SERENA several times from MyDrive Connect but still my device showing no voice installed

Also, in MyDrive Connect, under My Content, I can see SERENA voice: Language: Not Available. I do not understand what this is.
