If your unit was sold with Lifetime Updates then you should be receiving updates . If you have not been offered the latest then hopefully @lampard or @VikramK will pick this up and check, changing in necessary, your units settings on the TT servers.
Unfortunately they will not be back onto the forum until Monday but look back then to see what they have to say.
Have you got an extra memory card fitted and if so what size. Also can you advise what spare memory your have on the unit and what are the first 2 letters of the serial number.

Thankyou Vikram and other team members. I succeded to update my Start 25 but not exactly following the indications (right clicking on the icon produces nothing related to My Drive Connect) in the suggested article. All seems perfectly running, except that ... no voice included. How can I fix it ?

I have no longer any voice. I need at least one voice in french, preferably female which is more easily understood in a noisy environnement.

Thank you so much ! I didn't find the computer voice but succeed to load Catherine and Thomas so everything is OK and life can continue if covid don't find me.

What voice are you missing. Hopefully it can be added to your account for download by @VikramK or @lampard
