Problem with routing

Hello there!
I’d like to report a problem with routing system in Navigation app version. Please, see the pictures below:
TomTom Navigation:
TomTom GO - Brazil
As you can see, TomTom GO do consider prohibited turns or wrong way paths as Navigation version doesn’t.
Even if I add a stop after the prohibited turn, TomTom GO calculates it correctly.
I received a message in TomTom GO - Brazil that it will be discontinued soon, so I'm moving to Navigation, but it seems that it isn't very trustful as GO version is.
Please, could check help me with this?
Obs.: the streets that are in the screenshots are in Brazil - São Paulo

Welcome to the Community! This seems a bit odd but can you provide us with the Go Navigation app version, map version, and Phone model? Also, it would be nice to have the start and endpoint of the route shown above in the screenshot to reproduce it on our end.

Ending point: Rua Voluntários da Pátria, 31390 -
