No maps showing on Start 52
Please bear with, am new to this. Bought a reconditioned Start52, which shows lifetime Maps on box. Downloaded My Drive, set up account. My Drive content shows one Map Share Community Map update, which when I click updated sleeted nothing happens.
Further down the My Contact page in the Maps section all there is is a Buy Now Loyalty Offer option, no maps showing as installed.
On the device itself it is showing as having map version V1011.9039 released 05/2018
How do I update the map to one more recent than 13 months old please, without having to purchase a map?
On top of this, every time I try to use the tomtom website to search for help, I get e feedback survey from tomtom pop up, which won't go away regardless of whether I say yes or no the survey!

It's showing as your device is up to date but the maps are 15months old

I have tried to reset again and try to update but still no luck. No maps showing in my drive and says up to date

In MyDrive Connect it says my device is up to date and all I get under "MY MAPS" under "MY CONTENT" is a loyalty offer. There is no image of the UK map I have on the TomTom.
I have done a rest from the menu in the START 52 and after it rebooting I have exactly the same problem. Please advise.

Try... Clearing the download cache
With MyDrive Connect running...
Click on the Cog Wheel Icon Screen top right
Click on the Downloads Tab
Empty download folder
Save settings

Now I have no map.
I tried the procedure clearing the download cache:
With MyDrive Connect running...
Click on the Cog Wheel Icon Screen top right
Click on the Downloads Tab
Empty download folder
Save settings
With or without start 52 connected to PC, it doesn't show any map.

Hopefully @lampard or @VikramK eill pick this up and sort out the Map not appearing in MyDrive Connect software.

Welcome to the community! I have asked my team to reactivate the maps for your START 52 device. Just do a soft reset and check for map updates in MyDrive Connect.
