6 months free never happened!

On 2 August 2019 I made order 408xxxx268.
1 year speed camera updates + 6 months for free....
I noticed my device says that I my subscription ended on 2 August 2020, where is the 6 months free thats suppose to be added???????????????????????

    Meanwhile let me upload the message on my Tomtom.

    And if requested, I of course still have the invoice with the service description (1 year + 6 months bonus).

    Awaiting for a solution for this misleading purchase.

    I have quickly reviewed your TomTom account and the subscription validity for the above order number was 1 year.

    I would suggest that you get in touch with our customer service team with the order number, let them review if any promotions were applicable. They will advise accordingly.

    To be honest, the service you expect when in problem sucks!

    there is no visable number!
    The number I had, was from the paypal details and is dutch, and I made a phone call that cost me + 2 euro's with no result!

    There is no email

    And there seems to be no chat.

    The answer here is no solution.

    And my only hope are 2 messages on 2 different facebook groups, wich have not been red even....

    So basically I am stranded at the moment.
