Transferring maps to TomTom Rider 400

Hi all, first time using this forum so go easy on me
I'm having trouble saving my routes to my tomtom rider 400. I used to use tyre but that's no longer supported I believe.
When I do my route I click save and when I do into the tomtom internal storage it's not there. I have a load of maps there from tyre but nothing from mydrive.

    Is there any other software I can use with tomtom rider 400?
    I've tried countless times to save the routes and when I go into the tomtom internal storage there's nothing there
    I'm not impressed by the map in mydrive either. No place names etc.

    Hi @hogger

    Here is a short video re creating routes in My Routes. When you have completed the route and Saved it to may Routes in My Drive have you also selected the option that the route is synced to your device.

    Yes I synced it to my device. I looked at the video already too. I've clicked on save countless times now and nothing is showing up in the tomtom internal storage. When I click import routes on my device there's nothing there either

    I think I know the answer to this but is the TT logging into My Drive.

    If this is still not working then try a Soft RESET.

    If that does not work then try a Factory Reset. Before you do this go to the Tomtom My Drive Website and log into your account and check that all your MyPlaces, Routes etc are stored there. if they are then they will be restored back to the device after the reset.

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
    Tap Reset Device.

    This Reset will not change the Operating Software or map versions on the unit.

    I'll have a look now Doug and thanks. I'm logged into Mydrive but don't see a menu option. At least I think I'm logged into the right bit. I've done a couple of maps to try and save again and logged in
