Power connection is difficult, losing connection easily. Unplugging the cable from the power jack allows the green light to appear, plugging the cable into it causes the light to switch off. The cable connection to the port in the back of the unit is not behaving properly. feeling loose, and as a result the unit won't remain switched on, constantly restarting.
Is this likely to be an issue of the cable or the connection into the unit?

    Hi @Penkalis

Welcome to the Community! From what you've described, it appears to be a hardware fault with the USB port through which the device charges or it can be a faulty USB cable. Have you tried charging the device with another cable? I would advise you to get in touch with our support via Chat/Email and they'll be able to assist you further.
