What's the difference between speed camera updates and live services subscriptions?

I have a GO50 in need of updating speed cameras.
However Live services seems to include speed camera updates.
I cannot seem to find anything that makes it clear what the differences are.

The Live services are for certain devices that are usually also named Live in the device name. For example Mazda NB1 Live, Go 1015 live or some other Build in devices.
