Van with a question

On my sat nav I often get a Van with a question mark inside warning - what does it mean. I searched the web to no avail

    Looks like it could be a Mobile Speed Camera Van Icon ???

    good guess, but looking on the web a mobile speed camera is the speed camera icon with a question mark. it is really annoying as I have spent hours searching and nothing

    I am having the same issue but have also not found anything relevant on the internet and is becoming quite annoying.

    can they now be edited out of the maps using Tomtom home.

    any help would be greatly appreciated.
