Mount compatibility GO 6100 & GO Premium

so the website suggests the mount from the 6100 is compatible with new GO Premium....https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/sat-nav/accessories/mounts-docks/click-and-go-mount-and-charger/......it certainly does look like from the picture that they are the same connection or mounts - my mount and cable has been wired into the car(s) so i do not want to rewire/replace these....are these really compatible and work? others say not - or is the power connection into the mount even still a micro USB plug (this looks non generic) like my 6100 mount, so maybe i could just change the mounts???

Both Mounts have a Micro USB Socket, simply swap over the Mounts....
The NAV4 GO 6100 Mount....
The NAV5 (Wi-Fi) Go Premium Mount....
