It is a Start60. I have installed a new MyDrive Connect with a new e-mailadress, but it does not accept my fathers Start60 (the circle in MyDrive Connect keeps turning).
You do the factory reset on the Start 60. When you do that all the data, ie the Home details etc are deleted and you can then set the unit up as it was the first time it was started and input your account details. The current maps and operating software will not be affected and any lifetime map updates etc applicable to the unit will still be valid as they ware linked to the units serial number.
