Google Assistant through TomTom not working when phone is locked
I have the Rider 550 on the latest firmware/software, with the drive app installed on my Android phone
After eventually getting everything connected, I have found that when my Mobile Phone is unlocked and I click the phone icon on the Tomtom my mobile phone responds as expected and launched Google Assistant - I can then sent SMS's/whatsapps, make calls etc without issue.
However, when my phone locks and I then click the phone icon on my TomTom, nothing happens on my phone.
I have checked all the settings on my phone and it is set to allow voice and commands when the device is locked. but to no avail.
Does anyone have any ideas / solutions?
