I am banned???
Recently I tried to log in to ask a question and it failed with the message "you are banned".
I have no idea what could have prompted it.
I created this new account in an attempt to reach out to the moderators to resolve it.
Please help.

Welcome to the site....
There have been several changes to the Forum Providers since 2014....
Probably something to do when migrating the forum users from the old Forum provider to the new provider... @Jim07 one of the Forum moderators should pick this up Tomorrow and check/correct your Tomtom Account status.....

You should be able to access your old profile (Alexo) with the same credential.
